Volunteers and mentors are essential to the success of any program. We recognize that your time is one of the most precious things you have to offer. At YDC, we seek individuals that are passionate about our "Dreamers" dreams becoming a reality. The donation of your time and resources allow us to continue the vital job of training our fabulous girls into awesome women.

 

All volunteers and mentors for YDC must be 16 years or older. Volunteers are required to learn about the policies, procedures and expectations of their participation as a volunteer or mentor through attendance at an orientation session.

  

Volunteers & Mentors:

• willingly assist, serve and care for each girl in a loving/respectable manner.

• assists with the supervision of the girls at events on site and off site. 

• are to notify the founder and/or co-founder of anything out of line as stated on the parent/child, mentor/mentee and volunteer expectation sheet.

• should be a team player (follow directions, work well with other volunteers, mentors, staff, guests and parents).
